The concept for Innroads Group was created when Mari & MJ worked together at Hilton, and years later in 2019, when both were at a career crossroads, they reconnected to launch the company. With extensive experience selling multiple properties throughout their careers, sales continues to be their sole focus.
Principal & Founder
Mari has extensive hotel sales and marketing experience at the level of an Area Director of Sales & Marketing before opening Innroads Group. In her 14 years with Hilton Hotels Worldwide, she directed the sales & marketing efforts for various key assets including the opening of Conrad Miami, leading several luxury brand transitions of the Blackstone LXR Collection including the Waldorf Astoria hotels in Key West, and repositioning the Hilton Aruba. Her forte is developing and executing focused strategies that drive market share. Mari’s focus is on the retail travel market, as well as promotions and marketing.

Marie Jacq, also known as MJ, has vast direct hotel sales experience in all markets with the last 15 years solely focused on transient and international sales. A veteran in the industry, she has worked for hotels and resorts in the Caribbean, Puerto Vallarta and several destinations in Florida. She has an innate ability to drive sales growth by working closely with the customer and implementing successful sales plans. She is energetic, hardworking and driven. MJ’s focus is specifically with wholesalers and Florida retail agencies.
